Fresh Fruit Juice
Full range of 100% freshly made Fruit Juice, all of which are squeezed, blended and processed on our premises in Sandton and carry a minimum of 7 day shelf life guaranteed from delivery. Flavours available are Orange, Guava, Cocktail, Pineapple, Tropical, Mango, Apple, Litchi, Granadilla, Carrot, Pomeganate, Cranberry, Breakfast, Punch, Peach, Wildberry, Strawberry, Tomato, and other fruits in season.

“Select” Fruit Juice
This product is top of the range fruit juice. This product has no sugar added products and has no preservatives at all. Naturally the product has to be treated very dellically, but what a beautiful fruit. It has to be the finest fruit juice on the continent. You just can't get any better.

Naturally the price is higher than the standard fruit product. When you taste the Fruit Juice you will know what we are talking about. Available in ORANGE … Guava …Mango… Pineapple…

Fruit Salad
Being a Fresh Fruit Supplier, our fruit salad consists of 5 fresh fruits in season and carries a shelf life of 5 days.
This product is classed as the “Chefs choice” as the product was developed by a group of chefs who made up the recipe. To enhance this product one should add a few exotic fruits on the top to give the final product a very delicious addition to your desert table.

Sliced Fruits
Our sliced fruit product is processed only from first grade fruit and has proved very cost effective and convenient to the hotels and caterers.

We pack this particular product in 1 kilogram polystyrene packs, covered with “glad wrap” for hygiene and convenience. We always have 6 types of fruit available. The type of fruit depends on the time of the year and which fruits are available. The product range is as follows: Span Spek, Pineapple, Sweet melon, Tangerines, Grapefruit, Oranges, Watermelon, Kiwi, Strawberries, Guava, Paw Paw and Grapes. We also make up fruit kebas and Parisienne “fruit balls”, which are made up to order. This come packed in a polystyrene platter … 10/20 per platter depending on quantities ordered.

80ml Fruit juice tubs are packed in units of 48 per case are available in all flavours and other sizes.

Smoothie Flavour Concentrates
This product has been developed by The Juice Factory to assist all out customers wishing to make the perfect smoothie. It is simple … Make your basic smoothie as always, but instead of adding your fruit ingredients, add our highly concentrated Smoothie flavor and see the difference.
